URGE is the Norwegian equivalent of our beloved SURGE. It was originally introduced in parts of Europe in 1996 as a test product. SURGE was launched in the USA in 1997. Amazingly, despite the fact that SURGE is no longer sold, URGE continues to thrive in Norway. Currently it is sold in .5 liter bottles.
